At the helper committee meeting on Sunday July 19, while the World Cup soccer game was going on, a few agenda items were brought up regarding our Subud group.

We will be having a general meeting this Sunday, July 26th, after latihan. One item on the agenda is to choose a new vice chair since Jim O’Halloran has become vice chair for the PNW region (see previous article).  If you have an inclination to serve in that capacity, please allow your name to come forward for testing.  Please attend on Sunday!

Another subject that came up in the helper/committee meeting was to have a ‘Helper Corner’ in our weekly newsletter.  Thanks to Aliza for that idea!  Part of that will be information regarding the spiritual aspects of Subud and other issues as yet to be determined.  We would also like to offer to do personal testing with the members.

Testing can be done individually by members or by receiving with the local group of helpers. Testing with others can be helpful by giving members a broader perspective through receiving answers in the testing.  If there are concerns in your life that may be helped by this service, please let one of the helpers know and we will arrange a time for that to happen or phone Rachman at 206-468-5803 to arrange the testing session.
