The final item at Sunday’s potluck and meeting was a presentation by Isabel Gates on a new idea that she was hoping the group could provide feedback on regarding a bi-monthly News Bulletin that would be in PDF format emailed to each member without using the MailChimp function.

Isabel discussed concepts for the news bulletin and got feedback from the group regarding how they use our current SGS newsletter and what they might like to have differently.  It was a spirited discussion.

Isabel is very interested in improving communication throughout the region and has been willing to travel to groups to gather input before we get things started.  This is a work in progress and may include some sample editions to try out new ideas.  Look out for these in your inbox.

The group appreciated her traveling from Poulsbo, WA to be at our meeting. AND for the delicious apple turnovers that she supplied for dessert.
