+ Front Garden: and men’s latihan hall wood railing: Pressure wash *, Stain 2 coats
+ Back of House repairs: Pressure wash concrete steps by garage door *, Repair concrete steps & reinforce with bolts in large holes to prevent future damage.*, Pressure wash back concrete area and steps behind downstairs kitchen – less critical*, Patch steps & reinforce steps behind concrete*

3. Visioning our future.
– We have found a Subud member, Andre Allen who could lead our visioning process.

Who Is he?
– A regional helper
– Professional experience helping groups resolve issues

– Ask Andre to send some information on his background to send to the team and present to the meeting.
– Andre will meet with the Housing Committee in October.

– We think that it needs to be a two day process.
Surveying the Members
– It was agreed that we would survey the members on participation (Andre’s suggestion). The Housing Committee and helpers will review questions and then we’ll send them out to the group.
